What time is Reception open?

Reception is open 7 days, Monday to Saturday from 8:30am to 8:30pm and on Sunday from 9:00am to 8:00pm. For assistance dial 9 on the phone in your room.

What time is check-out?

Standard check-out time is 10:00am, with later check-outs available on request at a rate of $20 per hour until 12:00 noon, and $30 per hour from noon until 2:00pm. Please advise Reception in advance if you wish to check-out after 10am.

What is your cancellation policy?

Jesmond Executive Apartments upholds a 72 hour cancellation policy.
Should a guest cancel a booking within 72 hours of arrival, the guest will forfeit the full amount of accommodation.
Prior to this 72 hours, the deposit will be refunded.

Is a bond required?

Yes, we take a credit card pre-authorisation on check-in.
No cash is accepted.

What is a pre-authorisation?

A credit card preauthorisation is a temporary hold of funds that can last up to 7 days.
These funds are frozen within your account. This will show as a pending transaction until completion or release.

What security do you have on site?

We have round the clock CCTV cameras on the property, as well as staff available throughout the night for any problems or required assistance.

Do you have car parking available?

Yes, we have off-street parking available, however spaces are not allocated. There is plenty of room around each apartment to pull up and unload your car if you cannot get a park directly at the door.

Is there Wi-Fi?

You will require a credit card to access our WiFi. It is called 'JEV-GUEST-WIFI' and will prompt you to select from $5 for 6 hours, $10 for 24 hours, $50 per week, or $75 for 2 weeks.

How often are rooms serviced?

Our apartments are serviced once a week, however we are able to service the apartment more frequently for an additional charge. Please contact Reception for more information.

How do I call out from the phone?

What are the hours for your pool area?

The pool is available for guest use between 8:00am and 9:00pm daily. Use your room key to access this area.

Do you supply items for the BBQ?

The use of the BBQ and tools require a $50 deposit. Your deposit will be returned when you return the tools to Reception and the area is left clean.

What type of spas do you have?

We have two types of spas at Jesmond Executive Villas. We have a spa suitable for use by one person, or a corner spa which can cater up to two people.

How do we use the Laundry?

The Laundry is located at the top of the main driveway. The cost to use the washing machine or dryer is $4 respectively. Single tickets for the laundry can be purchased in the laundry room. You need exact money for the machine as it does not give change.

You have pet friendly villas?

Yes, we do have pet friendly villas available upon request.

If you are bringing your four legged friend with you on holiday, just speak to one of our friendly staff at reception about our pet friendly facilities.

1. Pack the Essentials - don't leave home without a pet carrier (where necessary), food, water, bowls, a leash (and harness), collar with tags (displaying your contact details), baggies for clean up and a litter box and litter if you are bringing your feline friend.
2. Check the collar I.D - be sure that your pets tags have current contact information on it
3. Buckle up everyone! - it's safer for your animal when they are restrained, either in a pet carier or by a secure harness. You can find seat belt adapters, car seats and cargo barriers at most leading pet stores.
4. First aid kit - Don't forget to bring a first aid kit with tweezers, gauze and antiseptic to treat any minor mishaps along the journey...just in case.
